I need help!!

As you can see my first picture is a little big and if I hit the shrink to fit button it makes it as small as the picture on the right (the one with all 3 of my kids in it) So if you know how to fix it let me know- THANK YOU!!

    All your family pictures turned out SO good!

    Have you tried to shrink the picture before trying to attach it to your blog (on your header?) and then shrink to fit? I had issues with mine too, but eventually a picture worked... sorry I'm not much help!
