This is for Bret Taylors son Daxton. I babysat him for a while and he is the sweetest little boy. Deegan just loves him and it just breaks my heart that this has happened to him and his family. They have set up an account at Bank of star Valley to help out his famely. Her is something Lorrie wrote letting people know what happened. There is also a link to follow the updates on Daxton.

Thank you everyone for all your prayers! We can definately feel them. Yesterday around 11:00am Daxton feel off a horse and was stepped on by a 2,000 lb horse directly on his chest cavity. We were directly life flighted to Primary Children's Hospital where they have been able to access Daxton's condition with top of the time dotors. He has a class 4 laciration on his spleen-which is the worst kind, and the bottom of his spleen is fractured into small pieces. His kidney was damaged on the upper and lower lobes. His adrenal glands have blood surrounding them. His pancrease has a laciration which is secreating lipase at a count of 1200 and normal is 200-300. He has a tube in his nose going into his stomach to drain it allowing all the organs to form blood clots to heal. Doctors are wathing closely hour by hour! Thank you all for all your prayers and love. We really appreciate it!

water over load

My parents called and needed help putting out sandbags. The bags are alot heavier then they look. There has been a lot of flooding going on in the valley. Its been fun driving around and checking out all of the water.
Here is a picture of the kids after we got done doing sandbags. We took the computer with movies to keep them busy.

I gave in.... meet Gizmo

Kynzlee has been begging for a cat for as long as I can remember. Birthdays, Christmas everything was "I want a cat please!!" Well I finally gave in. Her and Deegan said they would take care of it. Don't tell my kids but I've gotten to like Gizmo a little more then planned. Paul has been working days so he leaves at 4am so he makes sure she gets puts her over by her food and litter box. Pretty soon I can't handle her meowing so I get up and she will be sitting by her litter box so I put her in it and she goes and takes care of business. I'm not sure why she needs me to get up. I then put her back to bed and I get in bed then next thing I know she next to my bed crying. I tell ya she is just like a baby! After about 3 times of putting her back to bed and her chasing me back to my bed. I give in and hang my hand off the bed and she walks back and forth against my hand and then goes to sleep by my bed. You will see Deegan isn't in any of the pictures he still isn't sure about the kitty.

Looking at kittens down to Gramps house but when we went back to get one (or in my case think about getting one.) The mom had moved them.

We also have pet snails. Yes you heard me right we have snails. We have tiny Tim and Slim (we aren't sure which is which but my kids still gave them names). These little guys are easy to take care of. Give them a handful of lettuce and squirt them with water every morning. I make my kids clean the pen once a week.

My new life??!!

So Deegan wanted to go race his motorbike. They were having a race near us in Presten ID so we took Deegan to it. He loved it and wants to do it again. It was a lot of fun watching him and the other kids. He did really good for never riding on a real track.
Here is Deegan with his new number plate.

Dads getting the kids unstuck. The track wasn't very good.

A very HAPPY boy with his winning.

Paul and some friends even joined in and raced.
