SLC and some other stuff

We went to Salt Lake with Trent and Kari and their family. We have done this every December for a few years now and we always have tons of fun!! Paul hurt his back and they sent this shocker home for him to put on his back....well it was used for more then his back. Presten LOVED it he would say do it again. We never turned it up very high on him. None of the kids would do it.


The hot tub was broke so the girls and Presten hung out in the tub.



Presten decided to be potty trained this weekend he went all the time. He has pooped in the potty for the last month but as of peeing he doesn't seem to care. Which works for me I don't mind changing a wet diaper. I bought him pullups which he hates he thinks they are gross. So after Christmas I MAY start pushing for him to sit on it more.

Kynzlee fell at school and hit her head.

Kynz and Deegs got to dress up for fake injury day. Its always a hit.

Happy Halloween

Halloween came and past way to fast! We carved pumpkins and Presten was so funny. He would stick his hand in pull a face say gross and do it all over again. Paul and I went a Halloween party that was tons of fun! We ate LOTS of good food and played a dance game on the wii. I can't wait for next year. I didn't take very many pictures I wasn't stuck in a chair this year with a broken leg. We went to the ward party and did trick er trunk and then on Halloween we went trick er treating(my favorite) to family and friends mostly in Auburn. We didn't do much Deegan has been sick again and seems to get tired fast. (Deegs missed a week and half of school. He had to do blood work and stool samples. I wish I would have taken my camera when he was getting his blood drawn. He was so scared! The guy drawing it was AWESOME!!
Deegan asked him if he had done it to a 5 year old.

Ok I guess I won't either cuz I'm 6. Haha so simple.
He was brave holding the tubes of blood and asking LOTS of questions like always.)

We went Antelope hunting this year with my parents and brother. We filled 4 tags and had a lot of fun.











Presten had a busy day he was beat:)

Don't mess with a girl!

The neighbor hood kids were playing today and Deegan accidentally (so he says) hit a girl in the face and she came after him and hit him in the head. He will learn soon enough that girls always win:)

Pauls Elk

Paul shot his monster bull this year. Paul called and was whispering his voice was shaking and he said Hayley I just shot the biggest bull that I have ever seen up here. We talked for a while then he said well maybe its not that big. I hit it at 10 yards away. Maybe its not that big. He called my brother Colt who was at work and couldn't stand the fact that Paul shot something big without him so he left work to go help him get it out. Our cousin Shane was up with his friend Brad so they went to check out Paul's bull. They were all a little shocked when they seen how big it really was. They scored it at 370 Non-typical and almost 58 inches wide. Paul has had magazines contact him to put his pictures and story in them. If his story makes cover then he wins prizes. What an excited thing for him to do. We have had random people call to come and see it. We have had people email us and asked us to email them pictures of it. Its just gotten a little crazy and Paul's head has gotten just a little big. :) But I guess that's ok he smiled from ear to ear for weeks. He is getting it mounded and I'm not sure why it won't fit in our house.....

sum up the month

I think I've summed up the last month. I sure wish things would start to slow down.
This is how Presten puts on his own shoes. It makes me laugh I had to take a picture of it before he learns to put them on the right way.

Colt bought a house and the kids have loved helping fix it up.




Our snails had babies. Deegans teacher took them to let the kids watch them. I'm so glad I don't have to clean their cage again.

Presten slept in the front room with the kids he lasted until about 2am.

Deegan did gymnastics this summer and loved it. Kynzlee did it also but she didn't go her last day so I didn't get any pictures of her. She did so good this year in fact they bumped her up 2 classes to the pre-team. She wanted to do it this school year but it was 2 days a week which seemed like a lot of running around.
